Diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease have become increasingly common in today's society. It is important to note that these conditions can considerably impact an individual's quality of life, and if not managed correctly, may result in serious health complications. Managing these three chronic conditions is discussed here, along with their causes, symptoms, and causes.
DIABETES CONDITION:
Chronic diabetes occurs when the body produces too little insulin or cannot use the insulin it produces effectively. The hormone insulin regulates blood sugar levels. Blood pressure, or hypertension, is caused when the arteries are consistently pushed against too much force. Heart disease, stroke, and other health complications can result from this condition.

Hypertension usually does not have any symptoms. Occasionally, severe headaches, fatigue, chest pain, breathing difficulties, and vision problems may occur.
